At Hulabuloo, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change-of-mind purchases. We encourage you to carefully review our size guides before placing your order.

Defective or Damaged Items If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will make it right! Please contact us at service@hulabuloo.store within 30 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• A photo of the defective or damaged item

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Lost or Missing Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we'll investigate and resolve it promptly.

Wrong Size Ordered Because each item is printed on demand, we cannot accept size exchanges. Please double-check the size guide before ordering. As a goodwill gesture, we may offer a discount on a replacement order.
